The mouse wheels work fine in other apps (i.e. PS just acts like the scroll wheels arent there. This is happening in both 24.7.1 and 25.0 versions of Photoshop. When you work with the RYB color wheel you can find the opposite of any color at the other side of the wheel the same way our brain conceives it. Some time in the past week or so, my mouses scroll wheel (and horizontal scroll wheel on the side) completely stopped working in Photoshop on my Mac. It is just the way our eyes see colors that allows us to perceive opposites. There is no such thing as "opposite colors" in physics.
